Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories to optimize total cost of ownership
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing initiatives with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement systems for enhanced visibility and efficiency
- Manage supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethics, and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost analysis
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
