Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 12-15% annual reduction
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews quarterly
- Analyze market trends and optimize inventory turnover ratios
- Oversee ERP system procurement modules (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement analysts and process improvement teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive purchasing experience with $50M+ spend portfolios
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Power BI analytics
- Demonstrated success in international vendor negotiations
- Experience with TCO analysis and total cost modeling
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and contract law
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
