Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for key commodities, leveraging market intelligence to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate complex contracts with Tier-1 suppliers, achieving 15%+ annual cost reduction targets
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects, driving digital transformation through ERP system optimization
- Oversee supplier relationship management, conducting performance audits and risk assessments
- Manage procurement budgets and KPIs, ensuring compliance with ISO 20400 standards
- Analyze market trends to forecast price volatility and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification required, MBA preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives (>10% savings in previous roles)
- Strong understanding of APAC supply chain dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
