Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories to optimize cost and quality
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct supplier performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to mitigate disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement initiatives and process improvements
- Implement and maintain procurement policies ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost reduction strategies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
