- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 partners
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 12-15% annual reduction
- Oversee procurement software implementation and data analytics
- Manage cross-functional procurement teams of 5 direct reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Drive supplier diversity program achieving 30% minority spend
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging procurement risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Proven track record of $10M+ contract negotiations
- Advanced data analytics skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience managing international supplier networks
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
