Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for 200+ suppliers across electronics and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and execute cost-reduction initiatives targeting 15% annual savings
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts with Fortune 500 companies
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Oversee purchasing budget of $25M with monthly financial reporting
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing practices
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record of achieving 7-figure cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Experience managing international supplier relationships in APAC
