Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade cloud architectures for federal agencies
- Develop security-compliant frameworks aligned with NIST and FedRAMP standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven public service solutions
- Create technical roadmaps for legacy system modernization initiatives
- Ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508) for all digital platforms
- Collaborate with policy teams on regulatory technology requirements
- Present architectural solutions to senior government stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in public sector
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP with government compliance experience
- Certification in TOGAF or SABSA architecture frameworks
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Proven track record leading $5M+ technology transformation projects
- Strong background in data governance and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
