Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade architectures for federal cloud migration and digital service delivery
- Lead security-by-design implementation for public-facing applications
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with Government of Canada digital strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams between vendors, departments, and internal stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for API ecosystems and data integration
- Conduct technology assessments and modernization feasibility studies
- Maintain compliance with Treasury Board Secretariat directives
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in public sector
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with government workloads
- Deep knowledge of Canadian security standards (ITSG-33, CSE directives)
- Proven track record leading complex digital transformation projects
- Professional certifications (TOGAF, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience with public procurement frameworks and vendor management
- Strong understanding of privacy legislation (PIPEDA, GDPR)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
