Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in public sector
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP with government workloads
- Certified in CISSP, TOGAF, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with federal procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS)
- Proven track record of scaling civic technology solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Public Administration
