Qualifications
- 5+ years in public sector digital transformation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in TOGAF or Prince2
- Understanding of UK government procurement frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and public sector data protection
- Experience managing budgets over £1M
