Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Manage crisis communications protocols and provide real-time strategic counsel during brand emergencies
- Lead media outreach and secure high-impact coverage in top-tier publications
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Mentor junior PR specialists and oversee agency/vendor partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to align PR initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record of securing coverage in major outlets (e.g., Forbes, WSJ, Bloomberg)
- Certification in crisis management or digital PR (e.g., CPRC, DMP)
- Expertise in SEO-optimized press releases and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in PR measurement tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills with portfolio samples required
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes campaigns simultaneously
