Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Secure high-profile coverage in national, tech, and lifestyle media outlets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and facilitate spokesperson interviews.
- Manage end-to-end event planning for product launches and industry showcases.
- Draft compelling press releases, contributed articles, and executive briefing documents.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide proactive media insights.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative agency culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house PR, preferably within the tech or consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated history of securing placements in major publications (e.g., WSJ, NYT, TechCrunch).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for editorial detail.
- Deep understanding of digital PR metrics and social media integration.
- Strong existing network of media contacts and industry influencers.
