Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key journalists, editors, and industry analysts.
- Lead end-to-end media outreach campaigns, from narrative development to pitch execution and reporting.
- Serve as a primary media contact, managing incoming inquiries and coordinating high-stakes interview opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts into product launches and corporate initiatives.
- Monitor media trends and provide strategic counsel on brand positioning and reputation management.
- Draft high-impact press releases, thought leadership articles, and executive briefing documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in agency or in-house PR, preferably within the tech or lifestyle sector.
- Demonstrable track record of securing top-tier media placements (WSJ, NYT, TechCrunch, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a passion for creative storytelling.
- Deep understanding of the modern digital media landscape and PR analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong network of media contacts and industry influencers.
