- Draft high-impact press releases, speeches, op-eds, and media kits.
- Manage rapid-response crisis communication protocols under high-pressure scenarios.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence and collaborative growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in agency or high-growth corporate communications roles.
- Proven track record of securing placements in major national and business publications.
- Exceptional editorial and creative writing skills with a keen eye for brand voice.
- Strong proficiency in media monitoring tools such as Cision, Meltwater, or Muck Rack.
- Expertise in digital storytelling and managing brand reputation in social media ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-budget campaigns and cross-functional teams.
