Responsibilities

- Lead crisis communications and reputation management protocols with absolute poise and strategic precision.
- Draft and oversee the production of high-impact press releases, executive op-eds, and sophisticated media kits.
- Monitor industry trends and the global news cycle to identify and seize proactive storytelling opportunities.
- Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign excellence and professional growth.
- Analyze and report on PR metrics using advanced sentiment tools to demonstrate tangible ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced PR agency or high-growth corporate environment.
- Proven track record of securing earned media placements in top-tier outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, NYT, and Forbes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism (Master's preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a mastery of AP Style.
- Strong existing network of media relationships in the New York and national markets.
- Demonstrated experience in digital PR and integrating social media strategy with traditional outreach.
