- Lead crisis communications protocols and reputation management initiatives
- Create compelling press materials, pitch decks, and thought leadership content
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and optimize strategies quarterly
- Manage $2M+ client budgets and coordinate with creative teams
- Represent the agency at industry events and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive PR agency experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of securing placements in WSJ, Forbes, and industry-specific outlets
- Expertise in crisis communications, media training, and executive positioning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater)
- Exceptional writing abilities for press releases, op-eds, and speeches
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
