- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize outreach and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven agency culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts with social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of agency or in-house PR experience with a proven track record of securing tier-one media placements.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and emerging communication platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, or Meltwater.
- Dynamic public speaking and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
