Responsibilities
- End-to-end event lifecycle management: conceptualization, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, logistics, marketing) for 50+ annual events
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and vendors (AV, catering, production)
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
- Leverage CRM systems for stakeholder management and post-event analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate/luxury events management
- Proven track record of executing events with $500K+ budgets
- Strong vendor network and relationships with NYC venues
- Expertise in budget forecasting, contract negotiation, and crisis management
- Proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
