Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with client business objectives.
- Secure consistent, high-impact placements in top-tier national and industry-specific publications.
- Manage end-to-end media relations, including proactive pitching, press releases, and media kit production.
- Lead crisis communication planning and provide executive-level reputation management.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee event management and media briefings for product launches and corporate announcements.
- Mentor junior staff and supervise agency performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in agency or corporate PR environments.
- Strong, established relationships with editors and journalists in business, tech, and lifestyle media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in digital PR tools, such as Muck Rack, Cision, and Google Analytics.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring PR impact.
