Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for diverse portfolio of clients
- Secure high-impact media placements in national and international outlets
- Manage crisis communications and reputation protection initiatives
- Lead digital PR campaigns including influencer partnerships and SEO-optimized content
- Oversee media relations and build relationships with key journalists and industry influencers
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative team culture
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with marketing, social, and creative teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive PR experience with agency or in-house role
- Proven track record of securing placements in top-tier media (Forbes, WSJ, etc.)
- Expert crisis management experience with measurable outcomes
- Strong writing skills with portfolio of press releases, bylines, and pitch materials
- Digital PR proficiency including SEO, content strategy, and social media
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- PRSA accreditation or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure campaigns simultaneously
