In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business goals, ensuring our products launch on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
As a leader in our organization, you will cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence, mentoring junior PMs and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain high team velocity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize scope creep.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management or Program Management within the software industry.
- Certification as a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent (e.g., SAFe Agilist).
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
