Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the full project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Team Orchestration: Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Risk & Scope Management: Identify potential blockers early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and clients, providing clear, concise, and actionable updates on project health.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to improve delivery velocity and team efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically distribute resources to balance workloads and maximize team capacity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Software Development or Information Technology industry.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a dynamic environment.
