Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution of complex digital transformations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives and clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: Strategically allocate resources and manage financial budgets to maximize ROI and minimize waste.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Agile & Waterfall Mastery: Lead hybrid Agile/Scrum ceremonies and traditional waterfall phases as required, ensuring team velocity and quality.
- Team Development: Mentor PMs and team leads, conducting performance reviews and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the SaaS, FinTech, or Digital Agency sectors.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks with a proven track record of delivery.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
