Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to deliver complex projects from conception to launch.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on goals and managing expectations effectively.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status reviews and present detailed reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the SaaS or Software Development industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
