Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks early.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
- Drive the implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve workflow.
- Conduct regular status reviews and present updates to executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SaaS or Technology sector (5+ years).
- Relevant PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
