Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing regular status updates and clear reporting.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and budget to maximize efficiency and project ROI.
- Agile Adaptation: Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to guarantee all deliverables meet rigorous industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong preference for experience in the Technology or Software Development sector.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
