Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communicate complex project updates to stakeholders and executives effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
