Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Direct project planning and execution, establishing clear milestones, deliverables, and governance frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and resource plans to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, developing robust contingency plans to prevent delays.
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflict effectively in a remote and hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
