Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent scope creep and delays.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads, driving best practices across the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT, Digital, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM) is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
