The Role
As our Senior Project Manager, you will own the project lifecycle from conception to launch. You will be responsible for aligning project goals with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT/Software sector (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
