Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify risks or bottlenecks early.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (PMP or Prince2 certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech or digital sector.
