Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Planning, Retrospectives) and mentor junior PMs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and executive stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent project blockers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or MBCS is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent scope creep and budget overruns.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reports, demos, and strategic presentations.
- Implement and maintain Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management within the Software Development or IT industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
