Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for software development and product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to drive project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and timely status updates and reporting.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize project efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the IT or Software Development industry.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Strong command of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
