Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs, providing clear and actionable updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the Software Technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, full-lifecycle software projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
