Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence to minimize risks and maximize ROI.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and crisis management.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to executive leadership and team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management methodologies and team processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on Agile delivery.
- PMI, PRINCE2, or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Experience managing budgets of £500k+ and leading teams of 5+ members.
