Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages.
- Lead the negotiation process and manage the sales cycle from prospect to close.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota targets consistently.
- Strong network of contacts within the financial and enterprise sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
