Responsibilities
- Orchestrate End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communicating complex technical updates in a clear, compelling manner.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Optimize resource allocation to maximize team efficiency and project velocity.
- Budget Control: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial discipline while delivering scope within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor Project Management Office (PMO) staff and cross-functional team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements before deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects in the Technology or IT sector.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
