Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to drive project success.
- Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate complex project status, roadblocks, and successes to executive stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the technology or software industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
