Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring strict alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers clearly to stakeholders using tailored reporting.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project to track progress, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies across the organization.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management within the Technology, SaaS, or Software industry.
- Strong familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks, with the ability to hybridize methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
