Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring strict alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to prevent delivery delays.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, and dashboards for executive review.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop junior project managers within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or Software Development sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
