Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-impact software solutions and technical initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in alignment with Apex Innovations' long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive efficiency and iterative improvements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within financial constraints.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively to minimize impact on stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, product owners, and executive leadership to ensure transparency.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status reporting to keep all stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Information Technology sector.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or PMI-ACP certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
