Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly impact business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the Software Development or IT industry.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is required; SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile frameworks, and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence without authority.
