Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for fraud detection and risk modeling
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks using Python, SQL, and Spark

- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in MLOps
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of applied data science experience in fintech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical foundation in experimental design and Bayesian methods
- Proven track record of deploying production ML models at scale
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
