Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, role clarity, and high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, adhering to industry best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on project health and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Software Development or IT environment (5+ years).
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
