Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make data-driven decisions to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability across projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT/Software industry (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
