Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprints, Daily Stand-ups, Retro) and guide teams in adopting Agile best practices.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and resource distribution to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership and clients, ensuring alignment on project status and milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification is highly required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within the software development or IT industry.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
