Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize team efficiency and product quality.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor project health using KPIs and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a software or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
