Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept and initiation to planning, execution, and final delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact deliverables.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and executive leadership regularly.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and resource requirements, including budget management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on software development or IT.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong hold of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or AgileCert) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
