We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our high-stakes software development initiatives. You will be the architect of our project delivery framework, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional value while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable project plans. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and requirement gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial efficiency and timely delivery.
- Communicate complex project status, blockers, and achievements to executive stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within the technology sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with a strong preference for certified professionals (PMP or PRINCE2).
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
