Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Guide cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Execution & Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies; monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain team momentum.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and wins.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex software development projects in an Agile environment.
- Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
